- Orders within Australia may be sent to a PO Box, residential or business address / International orders may only be sent to a residential or business address.

Can I cancel my order?
Sorry! We are unable to cancel orders as they process through our system immediately. If you ordered an item that you do not want, you can send it back to our warehouse within 10 days and request either a refund or exchange. Please email us at info@vehlaeyewear.com for instructions on how to send your item back.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email followed by a notification email to inform you that your item has been dispatched. In this email, you will find your tracking number.
What payment methods do you accept?
Shopping with VEHLA is safe and secure. We offer payment methods such as Paypal, AfterPay and credit cards.
I purchased my item on sale during a promotion. Will I be able to receive a refund?
Refunds CANNOT be made on sale priced items or any purchases made during a discounted promotion. We are only able to refund or exchange items that were purchased at full price.
How do I return or exchange an item?
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at info@vehlaeyewear.com (make the email subject your order number) and we will respond with instructions on how to return your item.
Will I need to pay for additional duties and taxes fees?
If you live outside of Australia, your package may be subject to duties and taxes costs, depending on your country. Once the item leaves the VEHLA warehouse, any additional costs are to be paid by the customer.
Do you ship to a PO box?
If you are in Australia, we can deliver to a PO Box, residential or business address. If you are an international customer, we can only ship to residential or business addresses.

How do I care for my sunglasses?
If you love your VEHLA's as much as we do, we know you will be wearing them every day. We recommend that you use the protective case provided to ensure they maintain their beautiful shape and keep scratch free! To clean your sunglasses, please use the microfibre cleaning cloth provided to you.
Can I put prescription lenses into my VEHLA frames?
Yes you can! Take your VEHLA's to your optometrist who can replace the current lenses with your prescription ones.
