We are sure you will love your new sunglasses, however if for some reason you are not satisfied we will gladly issue you a refund providing your item was purchased at full price. Please note that refunds cannot be made on sale priced items or any purchases made during a promotional period.
HOW DO I RETURN?
- To initiate a return, please click the ‘Initiate a Return’ button above.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you wish the return.
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping details and guidelines.
WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN?
You can return full priced item/s within the time frame below:
Australian customers: Within 10 days from your date of purchase.
International customers: Within 14 days from your date of purchase.
- All original packaging must be retuned with the goods in order to receive a full refund.
- Your item must show no sign of use or wear.
- Sale items are not returnable.
- The original cost to deliver the good/s is non-refundable.
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR THE RETURN?
- Shipping costs to return an item are to be paid by the customer.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
- Refunds will be made to the original account in which the item was paid for.
- We process returns within 48 hours of receiving them, however please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
- Please note, you will receive an email to notify you that your refund has been processed.
- Please return your item to us with a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for missing items in transit.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
- Our sunglasses sell quickly so we recommend that you purchase your desired item to ensure you don't miss out. We will send this order out to you right away! With your original pair, if you can send it back to us as per our returns policy we will refund you as soon as we receive it.
- We recommend this process to avoid disappointment on missing out on your desired item by the time we receive your returned one.
