We are sure you will love your new sunglasses, however if for some reason you are not satisfied we will gladly issue you a refund or exchange, providing it was purchased at full price. Refunds or exchanges CANNOT be made on sale priced items or any purchases made during a promotional period.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please ensure the following:

  • Your item is returned back to our warehouse no later than 10 days from the date your order was delivered.
  • Your item is returned with all original packaging and in the condition it was delivered.
  • Your item shows no signs of use or wear.

To process the refund or exchange, please do the following:

  • Email info@vehlaeyewear.com within 7 days from the date your order was delivered to request an exchange/return (make the email subject your order number). We cannot accept returns/exchanges outside of this time frame.
  • Please note: shipping costs to return or exchange an item must be paid by the customer. 

Once your item is returned, we will inspect the condition before proceeding with your request for a refund or exchange. VEHLA has the right to deny the refund or exchange of an item that is missing the original packaging or shows signs of use.

If you have requested a refund, payment will be made to the original account in which the item was paid for (please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed).

If you feel your item has manufacturing defects or is faulty, please email info@vehlaeyewear.com and we will try to resolve the situation for you.


Please note:

  • Shipping costs to return or exchange an item is the responsibility of the customer. (For exchanges, we will cover the cost to re-send the new item back to you).
  • Please ensure you return your item with a tracking number as we will not be responsible for missing items in transit.
