We are sure you will love your new sunglasses, however if for some reason you are not satisfied we will gladly issue you a refund providing your item was purchased at full price. Refunds cannot be made on sale priced items or any purchases made during a promotional period.
- Please request a return and send back your item/s within 10 days from the date your order was placed otherwise you will no longer be eligible for a return.
- Shipping costs to return an item must be paid by the customer.
- All original packaging must be returned with the goods in order to receive a full refund.
- Your item must show no sign of use or wear.
Our sunglasses sell out fast so we recommend that you purchase your desired item to ensure you don't miss out. We will send this order out to you right away!
With your original pair, if you can send it back to us as per our returns policy we will refund you as soon as we receive it. We recommend this process of exchange to avoid disappointment on missing out on your desired item by the time we receive your returned one.
- Refunds will be made to the original account in which the item was paid for (please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed).
- If you feel your item has manufacturing defects or is faulty, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to resolve the situation for you.
- Please return your item to us with a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for missing items in transit.
